About Our Products

• We sell single hair braids that you can fit yourself at home – just like the ones you’d find at market stands.

• We do our best to show and describe our products accurately, but colours and textures may look a little different in real life depending on your screen or natural variations.

• Our braids are for personal use only (not for resale).

 

Ordering & Payment

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.

• All orders depend on stock availability.

• Prices are shown in Sterling. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

• We accept [list payment methods), and payment needs to be made in full before we send your order.

 

Delivery

• We currently deliver to [list regions/countries].

• Delivery times are estimates – we’ll do our best to get your braids to you quickly, but delays can happen that are outside our control.

• Once we hand your order over to the courier, it’s officially on its way to you.

 

Returns & Refunds

• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the braids have been used.

• If your item is unused and unopened, you can return it within [X] days of delivery – just let us know first.

• Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be made once we’ve checked the item is in good condition.

• If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please get in touch within [X] days and we’ll sort it out.

 

Using Our Braids

• These braids are designed for self-fitting. We don’t provide fitting services.

• Please make sure our products are right for you – especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

• We recommend doing a quick patch test before using them.

 

Our Responsibility

• We’re not responsible for any problems that come from how the braids are fitted, styled, or removed.

• We can’t be held liable for allergic reactions or damage caused by misuse.

• If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility will never be more than the cost of the product you purchased.
