Delivery times are estimates – we’ll do our best to get your braids to you quickly, but delays can happen that are outside our control.

Once we hand your order over to the courier, it’s officially on its way to you.
Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the braids have been used.

If your item is unused and unopened, you can return it within [X] days of delivery – just let us know first.

Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be made once we’ve checked the item is in good condition.

These braids are designed for self-fitting. We don’t provide fitting services.

Please make sure our products are right for you – especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

We recommend doing a quick patch test before using them.

We’re not responsible for any problems that come from how the braids are fitted, styled, or removed.

We can’t be held liable for allergic reactions or damage caused by misuse.

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility will never be more than the cost of the product you purchased.
