RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept return on unopened hair braids only. Feel free to have a look at your design and if it's not what you were expecting or even if you've changed your mind, send it back for a full refund or replacement. If the braid has been taken out of it's packaging and stickers have been tampered with, I am afraid we are unable to offer this.
